Dear All, As you are aware, we do organize seminars and events regularly on 21st floor, sometimes co-organized with outsiders. Food is usually catered for the seminar participants. Please note that staff can also share in the catered food, but only after all the seminar participants have had their share and have left the premises. The organizer/person-in-charge of the seminar/event will inform our staff of this. Thank you for your co-operation.

And guess wat? Tat thick-skinned guy was so oblivious he went to “shoot” email somemore *faint*
All colleagues, In most circumstances, organizers have too many things to take care of and will not inform our staff of balanced seminar food. To prevent unnecessary wastage of food, you are encouraged to share in the catered food at these time slots:- Seminar lunch – 1:30pm (if you can fasts for that long); Tea breaks – 11:00am & 4:00pm. These time slots ensure that seminar participants have already had their share of the food and proceeded to the seminar room/left the premises. If the seminar organizer happens to be some other organizations, please show your courtesy by asking for their permissions first. Please note that seminar organizers & participants have absolute right over seminar food. Beginning from 2/10/2006, we will have a new cleaning team to service us and I will instruct them on what to do with the balanced seminar food (on seminars organized by us).
