Wahhaha... as my title suggests... i'm "eating snake" haha actually, i'm waiting at the seminar room for participants to come so i'm still working ok...

Past few days have been answering lesser phones calls but! haha.. more idiotic ppl..
First one - our invoice layout is such that the first line shows "Attention: person's name (the contact point) followed by the company's name n the address..
This lady called and said that they cannot make payment because... it's not attention to the comapny's name! My god.. so i told her that it's attention to that person as that person is the contact point BUT the invoice is still billed to the company and not that person. she kept insisting and then told me she will check with her accounts. After checking they still insist that the person's name cannot appear above the company's name the company's name mus be on the first line. Crazy one le these ppl so inflexible.. expect us to change out layout cos of one company?? no other company make noise...only this.. haiz brainless...
Second one - Applied to be a member of my company then when she received out invoice she claim ignorance. Stupid.. say wat thought it was a free listing thingy so she sign up. First of all.. how can she give out her company's details jus like tat? and.. after we received her application we had also sent an email to her indicating the membership fees. These ppl ah... weird le where got free things in this world one.. siao..
These are only two examples of the stupid things i have encountered... can't rem the rest now.. maybe i will update again when i recall haha..
