Had wanted to blog for quite awhile but was unable to get my hands on the PC haha so many of my siblings are "fighting" over the PC.. also becos i'm too tired after facing the PC at work ..
Well, to start off, i asked Dar Dar to "make noise" cos the lawyer said in the first place tat Dar Dar will be able to keep the flat by transferring ownership to one of his parents.
1) i tink the lawyer sucks big-time he doesnt bother to find out properly b4 telling his clients stuff
2) since he mentioned b4 it's possible to keep the flat..
of cos MUS make noise n make the lawyer do his job n find out how to keep the flat! some ppl r damn lazy they tink that they can jus bluff their way thru n not do wat they are paid to do
Ask me. I noe. Cos i ve tons of experience with these kind of bloody lazy ppl who always try to push things they r supposed to do.
Whether or not it's possible is besides the point. Make the stupid lawyer work. He's charging you, so he SHOULD try his v best to come up with a solution instead of telling u at first it's do-able den suddenly jus tell u oh sorry ar cannot.
Yes.. i'm a difficult customer :) esp nowadays when ppl at work are giving me tons of prob, BUT i will leave that to the next post.

Didn't planned to blog today until I receive a call from my lawyer at night. He just told me something that I kinda expected it but still hoped that he didn't tell me in person.
When I met my lawyer just last month, he told me that as long as I can form a family nucleus, the transfer of ownership from HER to one of my parents could be done. Now, he says the family nucleus to take over the ownership could only be formed by either my child, which I do not happen to have, or my new spouse. If not, the flat will be surrendered to the HDB. Baby asked me to "make noise" but I thought, no matter what the case is, I also want the divorce so I see no point in doing that.
My close friends and Baby know that my main concern in this whole divorce thingy is the flat. It doesn't matter if I'm living alone because I can just sell off the flat and rent a room outside. But my decision to ask my parents to sell off their flat and come to live with me a few years back now seems a bad decision. And all because of my divorce, I have to bother my parents once again. That's the part where I hate myself the most.
Of course I would have to discuss with my parents about what's next but currently I do not know how to broach this subject. Maybe because of my guilt ba. I tot I can let my parents live in peace for the rest of their lives and here I am, adding to their burden at the bloody age of 27. Damn. I hate myself.

Quantity and when you need them?
By telling Colleague to ensure there’s always stock in the storeroom, she would not know ‘how much’ stock you are referring to, because there are still quite a number of paper folders in the storeroom. As such, you may want to help me understand better the usage of white paper folder (and maybe other stationeries) for your dept in terms of the frequencies of the usage and the quantity.

Admin has always been the one in charge of ordering stationeries including white folders and also the grey files n ensuring there's sufficient stock. I have never informed Admin of how much quantity to order as Admin is the one in charge.
Since I do not know what is the quantity that Admin normally order, I'm afraid i am unable to advise on the quantity.
As for the usage for white folders, MR will normally use abt 100 - 150 pcs each month..

Oh, then I should really thank you for the initiativeness and nice gesture. No worries, I do not take offence. I see it more as a misinterpretation of my email, and possible miscommunication, that’s why misunderstanding occurred.
By the way, you may not be aware, there has not been any handover from the previous HR & Admin in-charge to me, so I would not know what was the previous agreement you all had with her, and when I asked, nobody could give me an answer on anything that has been communicated to other departments pertaining to stationaries requests and usage. Unfortunately to mention, not even Colleague could answer these doubts I have.
Anyway, my purpose of checking with you is because as far as I understand, stationaries usage for Markets and MR Depts may be higher compared to other departments, due to seminars, events & activities. In fact, other than you, I have also spoken to a staff from Markets department on their usage. I need to get a feel of the utilisation rate of these items so that you get the stock you want to serve your work purpose.
Anyway, maybe w/o you realizing, you have answered my question on the quantity of the white paper folder i.e. 100 – 150 pcs per month. That will serve as a good gauge for us to note.
We will explore better ways to see how we can ensure that stocks are maintained at a constant level to cater to every department needs.

Looked into the mirror this morning and stared at myself for 5 seconds. During the break at class, I suddenly asked Baby "Why did you choose me over HIM when it was apparent that he was better-looking than me?" Baby was quite shocked and asked me why I asked this question out of the blue. Told her I looked into the mirror this morning and suddenly had this niggling thought. Forgot what her answer was because first she never did really answered the question and second I was too tired. Just knew that she mentioned "sometimes it's not about looks". That means I'm really uglier than him lor. =( Jokes aside, most importantly is the fact that she's by my side. Guess it's just one of those wu liao thoughts.==================Man Utd finally scored more than 1 goal in open play this season le! 4-0 winners over Wigan and everybody says MU is back. Hope it's true! But suay suay got what international break for 2 weeks. Damn. Break the momentum that MU is building. No choice but to pray that no one, esp Ferdy, Rooney, Ronaldo doesn't pick up injuries.==================Wanted to post this for a long time but was too lazy to transfer the photos out.
So true... My kiki only has my family and I plus Baby... but still I think it's quite cool... mobile pet cremation... Why do I have images of you passing your dead pet and on the way to the pet cemetery (if there is one), they will do the cremation in this lorry??

This guy who sits at the same table as me keep knockin his feet against the table!
so irritating n keep toking..
it gets on my nerves esp when i'm tryin to concentrate on what the lecturer is saying ..unlike when ppl's hp sms comes in (even repeatedly) at least u can still hear the lecturer toking.. but when this guy toks.. i cant catch wat the lecturer says.. hmp! tat's y i get so irritated..not cos he will cost me an "A"..
