Had wanted to blog for quite awhile but was unable to get my hands on the PC haha so many of my siblings are "fighting" over the PC.. also becos i'm too tired after facing the PC at work ..
Well, to start off, i asked Dar Dar to "make noise" cos the lawyer said in the first place tat Dar Dar will be able to keep the flat by transferring ownership to one of his parents.
1) i tink the lawyer sucks big-time he doesnt bother to find out properly b4 telling his clients stuff
2) since he mentioned b4 it's possible to keep the flat..
of cos MUS make noise n make the lawyer do his job n find out how to keep the flat! some ppl r damn lazy they tink that they can jus bluff their way thru n not do wat they are paid to do
Ask me. I noe. Cos i ve tons of experience with these kind of bloody lazy ppl who always try to push things they r supposed to do.
Whether or not it's possible is besides the point. Make the stupid lawyer work. He's charging you, so he SHOULD try his v best to come up with a solution instead of telling u at first it's do-able den suddenly jus tell u oh sorry ar cannot.
Yes.. i'm a difficult customer :) esp nowadays when ppl at work are giving me tons of prob, BUT i will leave that to the next post.
